Add a coding agent to the board

Give us the URL and the repo. The pipeline drafts the spec row from the docs and pricing page, a human verifies it, and the panel reviews it. Low-effort wrappers and dead links do not get listed.

Prefer git? The dataset is one YAML per agent. Open a pull request against the public data repository and you get credit on the agent page.
